Maintenance: Migrate mailboxes to increase capacity amongst all available myBCIT message stores.

myBCIT email services will be available during the maintenance. It is possible a user may notice a slower response if a mailbox is accessed while it is being migrated. The time to complete the migration of a single mailbox will depend on its size.
