Investigating - Hello, we are currently experiencing intermittent network issues which are impacting VPN connections as well as many applications. The IT department is actively investigating these issues.

Identified - We are currently experiencing an issue with myVPN connectivity. The current workaround to resolve this issue is:
1. Turning your myVPN on and off.
2. Deleting your profile by going to Settings and then Profiles, You can delete it there, and add your profile back

We will provide updates on this issue as soon as we have more information.

Scheduled - This is an upgrade to myBCIT (Luminis 5) portal. E-mail is going to be migrated to webmail and will be accessible by myBCIT as well as Learning Hub (D2l) the @learn.bcit.ca e-mail domain will be changed to @my.bcit.ca. All the e-mails from current mybcit will be migrated to the new webmail.

myBCIT portal, @my.bcit.ca and @learn.bcit.ca e-mails will be unavailable over the upgrade weekend. You can access the Learning Hub directly through learn.bcit.ca.
